Situated in the Kocaeli Arslanbey Organized Industrial Zone, Almesan Aluminum's Production Facilities cover a vast 100,000 m² of open space and 50,000 m² of closed space. Leveraging two distinct production technologies, Almesan Aluminum boasts an annual production capacity of 50,000 metric tons for cast and hot rolled coils.

Almesan Aluminum excels in producing 30,000 metric tons annually of aluminum discs, flakes, strips, and automotive tie rod parts. Their capabilities include disc production presses, flake production presses, cold-hot forging presses, machining benches, a diverse mold inventory capable of producing parts with varied geometries, flake annealing furnaces, quenching and aging furnaces, as well as equipment for surface processes like sandblasting, vibration, and roughening. Almesan Aluminum also offers the expertise to manufacture production molds tailored to customer specifications for parts of different sizes and geometries. Almesan Aluminum is the exclusive producer in Türkiye of 4xxx, 5xxx, and 6xxx series alloys using twin band casting technology.

The company supplies the raw materials crucial for various industries including automotive, marine, defense, energy, electronics, transportation, construction, cosmetics, personal care, white goods, and kitchenware.

Almesan manufactures a wide range of products such as discs, washers, plates, sheets, coils, strips, special alloy plates, rods, brackets, and forgings. Exports account for more than 50% of its sales, with European countries being the primary market. North America and the Middle East are emerging markets for Almesan. Almesan holds an YYS (Authorized Liability Certificate). It is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
