İlaç sektöründeki 50 yılı aşkın birikimin eseri olarak Türkiye’nin ikinci nesil eczacılarından Mustafa Öncel tarafından 1997 yılında kurulan Selçuklu Holding, ‘değişimin bir adım önünde olma’ vizyonundadır. Selçuklu Holding ve grup şirketlerimizin kökleri, merhum Ecz. Mustafa Öncel’in 60’lı yıllarda majistral ilaç üretimi ile başlayan eczane eczacılığına ve sonrasında ilaç sektörüne yaptığı öncü yatırımlarına dayanır.
Kurumsallaşmış yapısıyla farklı sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren Selçuklu Holding, uluslararası standartlara uyum, sürekli gelişim ve yenileşim hedefiyle çalışmaktadır. Selçuklu Holding; ilaç üretimi konusundaki hassasiyet ve titizliği, faaliyet gösterdiği diğer sektörlerde de uygulamaktadır.

Pharmacist Mustafa Öncel, who started self-employment, opened his first pharmacy in Yalvaç district of Isparta. Afterwards, he established Işık Pharmacy and then Büyük Pharmacy in Konya and worked as a freelance pharmacist for many years
Pharmacist Mustafa Öncel became a partner in Biofarma Pharmaceutical Company.
All of Biofarma Pharmaceuticals was purchased by Pharmacist Mustafa Öncel and his family.
Sentez Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established to operate in the packaging and printing sector and started production in Istanbul.
Kitchenware company Mehtap Mutfak Eşyaları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which has been operating since 1960, was purchased.
Almesan Aluminyum San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established. The production facility started production in Kocaeli Organised Industrial Zone in 2009.
Selçuklu Holding A.Ş was established.
Selin İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established.
The first company of the family and the Holding, Biofarma İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was sold to the partnership of CVCI (Citi Venture Capital International) and PILS (Public in Life Science).
Gül Ambalaj Baskı Makine ve Yan Ürünleri Pazarlama San. İthalat, İhracat Ltd. Şti. joined the Holding. Continued its activities with new investments under its new title Gül Ofset Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and its activities with new investments.
Naturel Kağıtçılık Ambalaj Matbaacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş was purchased.
İlko Argem (İlko Research and Development Centre) was established in Beykent Technopark of Hacettepe University to operate in the field of R&D.
İLKO Pharmaceuticals Production Facilities, the largest pharmaceutical production investment in Anatolia, started its operations in Konya.
İlkogen İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established.
The Holding gathered the facilities of three companies (Sentez Ambalaj, Gül Ofset and Naturel Ambalaj), which constitute the printing and packaging group, under a single roof as Sentez Group. With a 55.000 m² closed area, Sentez Group production facilities are the largest integrated production investment in Turkey.
